It’s super rare actually. In Canada only 6 people graduated with less that 18 years from 2014 to 2025 with total 2.4M of graduates on the same period. In the UK 173 from 4.8M, way more people but still insignificant.
Can be said the same with tattoos and college degrees
Afaik, unlike collage degrees, tattoos in many countries can be given to minors if there is clear parental consent.
Minors can earn college degrees.
Earn them yes, my point. A tattoo just requires an ‘OK’ by a parent.
The same with piercings, if anything a college degree is the one that you can get by yourself before 18, but thats really hard to come by
