I just remember the following three things. -40C = -40F; 10C = 50F; for every 5 degrees C, you add 9 degrees F. So that means that 25C = 77F. and 40C = 104F, and 43C is about 110-ish F.

50F = 10C
70F = 20C
85F = 30C

That’s rough but close enough to get a feel what range they’re talking about.
