Realistically, that 5k is going to Big Tech to keep the AI bubble from collapsing and taking the economy with it. I’m just not sure it’s going to stop at 5k per person.

I had a customer that didn’t want to accept that I made a change to fix an issue with the simple explanation and demanded to know exactly what changed. He told me to shut up and just do the change before I finished the first sentence with the detailed technic explanation and never asked again for details. Sometimes that’s how things go.

We had a guy that was famous for wanting to use the latest words. Everytime he heard a new buzzword or jargon, he’d basically be a child with a new toy and use it every other sentence for the coming month.

We’ll see it as a sign evil can only corrupt existing names, it can’t create new names.

And it’s always “could”. Not that it will, nothing specific, just bubble blowing bluffing and bamboozling.

That’s why energy companies love fossil fuels a lot more than renewable. Oil price goes up, fuel price shoots up immediately. Oil goes down, price of fuel slowly floats down. Much more margin.

That was expected. It was the only use for AI right now that might be profitable.

It’s why the old nobility liked the system and molded it to their needs.

That this happened was already known long ago. The interesting bit is that mainstream news is reporting this and not suppressing it. Are sentiments shifting with the big boys?

There are already others selling solar tiles like Tesla, but a bit of a search tells me these tiles are a minority. Existing houses don’t replace their roof but add panels on top of it. New houses seem to go with cheaper large panels that are prettied up to give a tile like effect and build them integrated into the whole of the roof.

Bottom seems like a typical user request, made by at least 3 different departments of the customer not really agreeing on how things work day to day on their site.

People of course will assume the same will go for AI, but even worse and they assume that because that’s exactly what the creators of AI say will happen. Understandably some folks are a bit reluctant.
