The UN security council is a joke with 3 dictatorships as permanent members.
I think you mean 4. Unless you’re excluding China.
I don’t think of the UK or France as dictatorships.
France certainly skirts that lines at times though.
China, Russia, and USA were who I was thinking of.
As long as they have veto power, the whole UN is a joke.
