That might be due to our morals feeling like a rational thing while they are mostly learned emotional reactions (that we rationalize afterwards). We do not need a society that self-reflects on a level a level where they would understand and thus we do not educate on this self-awareness. And by ‘we’ i mean the Owner-Class.

Fish farms are one of the most ‘boring dystopia’-moments in existence. They are bad for the environment, breeding disease like it is their main job, they are cruel as fuck (imagine factory farming could layer their animals on top of each other) and most fish end up dead. It is funny how people instantly close their eyes when we are barbaric as fuck towards “food”-animals, like they do have no place on this planet but on our plates. The same disgusting mindset that has let us to another mass extinction.

Problem is, many people do not see the lunacy and think taxes are stealing while it is at the moment the only way to take at least a share from the wealthy and give it to the poor.

But people hate the poor and needs. “Those lazy fucks deserve what they got” seems to be the spirit of the people i have talked to.

The selfloathing and fear is still getting to me after 20 years. Christianity is a death cult and i am happy i got out.

At the end of the day i doubt that we have the same views about fairness at all. I am happy for them that the piece of land that they bought ages ago is now worth a lot. There are however many more losers than winners with this development, so maybe forgive us for not feeling sorry for the winners having to share some.

If 3 million are not enough i very much doubt the 750.000 would make a difference.
