Das mit dem Gästesofa kam auch schon gelegentlich vor, ist ganz praktisch wenn der Schlafrhythmus komplett durcheinander ist.

Bei mir ist das aber meist nach 1-3 Tagen wieder vorbei, ich hab zum Glück selten langwierigere Erkrankungen.
