I used to manage a shop, customer had a coupon so she went in for an oil change - I get a call from her , she is crying “They say they my car is unsafe and they can’t let me leave unless I do a bunch of repairs”.

I tell her put him on the phone, he refuses to talk to me so I drive down there and cause a major sscene - clear out the service department. Long story short, towed her car to my shop - NOTHING wrong with it. I offered her my assistance to sue the scumbags but she declined.
