People are learning of BMWs dark history, are they not?
You make it sound as if everyone got off easy. Ww2 is the reason we’re going after war criminals in the first place. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuremberg_trials
This didn’t exist prior to WW2. While there certainly there are many, that didn’t face any punishment or got to keep their benefits, there also have been those that got punished. The allies had to form a new state and rebuilt and most available personnel had worked in the administration or economy of nazi Germany before and was guilty to some degree. There was nobody else and times were changing fast. A new conflict was on the horizon and life had to go on. So they had to work with what they had.
Mistakes were made but this has never been done before. Punishing a whole country and its people is what made the Nazis possible and successful in the first place. I’d not be so sure it would be done any different today. I’d say we’d probably struggle even more and fumble the whole thing even harder.
It’s history and for educational purposes. It’s perfectly legal.
Ich würde lieber auf Nummer sicher gehen bei dem Kleidungsstück, das den ganzen Tag engen Kontakt mit meinen Klöten hat. Also ich schwitze unten rum. Ich nehm aber auch mal die Treppe.

After WW2 cities in NRW have been rebuilt with cars and cars only in mind. You’ve got major roads with 6 lanes crossing right through city centres and residential areas. Traffic is killing people. Roads in favor of public transport makes people buy cars if they want to go anywhere. More cars need more roads. It’s an endless cycle and results in hostile living environments. We need less cars. A lot less.

As soon as they leave restricted mode, the subs will be flooded with shitposts and porn. No way to moderate a turned hostile community.
The problem imo is the “we should do something else instead FIRST” argument. No. We should do everything we can right now. Usually whenever people start arguing to do something else first, what they actually mean and want is to do nothing at all.
Yes big corporations and their emissions are a big part of the problem but that big ass SUV isn’t fine either. Do what you can as soon as you can. No exceptions.
