I put a surplus of lemon in my freezer without any preparation. Now I want to make lemons pickled in salt like in this recipe

Is it possible with thawed lemons? I don’t want to waste them…

      If that doesn’t work, juicing them into ice cube trays is another option.

      I buy lemons and limes at Costco, and zest several of them (zest freezes really well too), and juice them all.

      Then put 1 TBS per cube in ice cube trays and freeze them. Store in a zip lock or bowl, and pull out for recipes or lemonade.
