If they did have to look for a regular bike though, you can usually buy a reconditioned used bike for less than $100 in a big city from a coop. I’m sure there’s someone out there who stretched the budget to buy their kid an e-bike though. What a dumb rule. They should just make being a hooligan the thing that is against the rules, and let people park their bikes at the school.
