I was genuinely surprised by the responses to the inspo posting! Some people loved them, some people said they actually needed them and they helped them through the day, some people even messaged me about them thanking me for posting them.

Some of y’all are cynical lil shits, and though you may loathe to admit it, probably are the people who needed them the most.

For now though, while there is a deep vein of these out there for me to mine, I feel it is time to go back to some more regular old shit posting before they get too stale. I’ve found some other strange SpongeBob things out there to share with you, and there is a new themed set coming that I found so I hope you all enjoy them.

I’ve made sure to be transparent about how I just find these and they aren’t OC, but if I can’t find anything acceptable for a shitposting community I will hand make some bespoke low quality content for you all, without AI of course, because I’m not a piece of shit.

Anyway, if you’re one of the people who really found that these inspiring posts helped you, I hope that you find better days and remember that things will get better. Lemmy is a downer sometimes and it’s ok to take a break. But if you need a little hit of positivity, message me and I’ll send you something weird and nice to help you through the day when I read it.
