Thrilled with the direction it’s going! More granular ways to filter results are always appreciated.

Perhaps to take it a bit further for the future, adding more filters to the results after you pick the main category. Drop downs and Boolean options to further narrow down into niche subjects without scrolling indefinitely.

That’s a good idea! Should the drill down filters you choose be persisted, or reset when you leave and return to the explore screen? Say you set a bunch of filters that drastically reduce the number of results, then you close the app and open it the next day. Is it confusing if those filters are still applied?

Another thing I’ll have to solve is sort for multi communities (PieFed feeds). I’m not sure about PieFed, but looks like Lemmy multi communities will be sortable.

Persistent doesn’t hurt! My idea is losing your work is always more painful than having to see the old work. Just adding a “reset filters” button should accomplish an easy way to get it back to how we wanted it.

Not sure what parameters come with the api but I’m just a fiend for more toggles hehe.
