  • 800 gram water
  • 20 gram salt (plus extra for topping)
  • 10 gram instant yeast
  • tbsp rosemary (optional)
  • some cherry tomatoes (optional)

4-5 hour rise with some folds every hour.

    What is wrong with this one is that you have exceeded your bandwidth limit on it, and therefore I see an error message and no image.

    I honestly don’t know the best one to use, but Lemmy should be able to host its own images.
