I think you’re making significantly more out of my comment than what was actually said. I responded to a guy saying “me me me” with “you sound like a different group of people that also say me me me”. Any deeper meaning you are giving to that comment is on you.
As for downvotes, I clearly don’t care. Lemmy users tend to be wildly unrealistic when it comes to what democrats should do. I’m fine with getting downvoted for going against the grain. Somebody has to or this echo chamber will spiral out of control.
