Well, that was always what it was for. It’s just expanded beyond Quebec’s bigoted bullshit now.

Well Alberta has more money for lawyers and the courts to do the same stuff Saskatchewan is doing.

All just to see what is in children’s pants.

I’ll never understand how the people who want to look inside children’s pants convinced themselves that it’s actually the people who DON’T want to look who are the creeps.

It’s like all those Republicans in the 90s, remember all the ones caught cruising in the bathrooms for gay sex? It’s a projection, they are really mad at themselves inside. And they don’t need to be, it’s 2025 for gosh sakes, let yourself live freely and happy. However and with whomever.

“We have rights that are independent of particular laws. They exist regardless of what the laws are,” Smith said.

Any time a politician comes up with vague bullshit like this you know they’re pushing something that comes from corporations or religious organizations and is indefensible in principle, but they’ll bullshit those laws through

What a surprise the individual rights advocates only want to protect their rights.

I hope this woman wakes up with a dick.

Personally I hope the PC party manages to get their shit together and either splits the vote, or wins as a compromise. Even I can handle what used to be conservatism as a compromise. If the NDP won again, it’ll just be everyone running around bitching about how bad the NDP are (even though they arent that bad), and that’s just about as intolerable.

She might already have one. It would explain the fascination with punishing trans people and stomping on LGBTQ rights, especially when there’s 134,738,892,937,909 other actual bonafide problems that need attention in this province. Would also explain why they seem to have so much testosteronic energy and aggression.
