I would say Baguio but that’s mainly because I’m not a tourist here.
Same sentiments, but then again we are residents. The weather is nice, other than that, there’s really not much.

you will enjoy it if you come during non holiday weekdays
as someone who visited last year- i enjoyed how walkable your city is. the sidewalks are wide and there were no vehicles parked across them. the slopes were wild but a good exercise for a healthy person. i also liked how we were able to hike a short nature trail within the city. and i also liked the artsy vibe all around. the food was pricey but very good. i will definitely recommend Baguio to those who have not visited it yet (or havent been there in a while) but it is not a place i would visit often.
