This, plus needing North Korean soldiers to boost cannon fodder numbers is a sure sign of imminent victory.

Nah, the slog will continue as long as putin has bodies to throw into the grinder, and Ukraine will run out of soldiers before Russia does. To actually win, they need to cripple the economy (which they’ve been doing quite well with strikes on oil infrastructure) or make the Russian population lose the will to support the war.
I hadn’t thought of child labor in terms of Russian policy but it’s much less than surprising
