There are some pretty big claims that the 2024 election wasn’t fair either. I’m not talking about the obvious GOP actions to disenfranchise minority voters, calling in bomb threats to Dem leaning areas, purging voter rolls a few weeks before the election, rejecting many votes due to minor inconsistencies, etc.

I’m talking about Election Truth Alliance’s claim that there was active vote flipping just for president. It’s a huge claim, so it needs irrefutable evidence, but I would fully believe that a guy who has cheated and lied his whole life, who was surely going to prison from the 4 cases he was being investigated for, would cheat with Elon to rig the elections in a few swing states.

The vast majority of Americans are still too comfortable to meaningfully act to push back. As soon as people personally start struggling to afford living, food, shelter, etc. and/or see their community going to hell, that’s when we get real action.

It’s been like this in every single civil war/uprising/revolution/etc. in history. The state’s monopoly on violence really is a strong suppressant on citizens taking action.

Trump is setting tinder boxes all over the country and trying to provoke a violent response so he can send in martial law, and all (minus like 2) Republicans in the House, Senate, and Supreme Court support this.
