Not really that I can think of, which is why I don’t think anyone should federate with them. I agree it’s instance operator and users choice but I feel like the default shouldn’t be “sign your privacy away, block them if you want to have privacy again (which you likely already lost some of from being federated with them)”

I know you don’t like learning things but not all gender-affirming care is surgery/hormone therapy. Though one surgery that is gender affirming care is literally boob jobs for cis women (I’m guessing you aren’t hoping to ban that too) For pretty much all kids it’s literally just talking to a therapist about their issues; something you should consider doing!

idk for sure but I’d guess it’s if an image is taller than your screen you can either force it to fit or allow it to go beyond the screen; like you’ll have to scroll to get to the bottom of the image
