I can never get those to work.
I can never get those to work.
DDL costs money, whether in form of usenet blocks or a debrid subscription, or a subscription to the filehoster themselves if you rely on just one of them. Depending on where you live you can use torrents completely for free.
I was never there, I wish I could’ve been there 🙁
I was studying French too (I really should get back into it). My plan was to learn all of the most used vocabulary, the grammar and then aggresively use the language. Read books, watch YouTube videos, chat with folk online. Best way to learn a language is to use it.
I don’t know, I don’t own a VR headset. But I never heard anyone talk about it negatively. Apparently the gameplay is rather restricted since it’s supossed to be a beginner’s VR game but that’s about it.
People really liked Half-Life Alyx so whoever is in the development team is still capable of making a game people love. Though, ultimately, whether a hypotetical release of Half-Life 3 could live up to the hype or not is irrelevant since no such game will ever be released.
New ones are still being made. I can’t give specific examples since I don’t play Half-Life mods but I’m sure you can find some pretty cool stuff by looking around.
I don’t see it. More probable is moving to i2p and onion adresses.
Epic might be most extreme example of the three, it has at least four periods that might as well be completely different companies.
I agree the name super sucks. Still really cool there was enough interest in this form factor to get a project like this going.
A lot of people miss physical keyboards actually F(x)Tec Pro1 X has a physical keyboard. There is a modern clone of Blackberry Passport. There is the Clicks keyboard case for iPhones.
I think I’m one of very few enthusiasts who likes software keyboards better at this point lol.
These phones don’t sell very well though, and the manufacturer can’t make more money from the userbase after the purchase on top of that. They pretty much have to overprice it.
As shitty as it is, at this point if you want to use a custom rom you basically have to buy a phone that was made with them in mind.
You can get a feature phone, pretty much all of them are smaller than a modern smartphone.
I wish his solution worked.
Javascript was a mistake.
Wait, is that a problem with usenet?
Just use deGoogled Chrome. Using Firefox is just a pain and the project has no future, the suits will just extract everything they can from it until there is nothing left. I hope Ladybird changes things.
Doing that becomes harder and harder as time goes by. When I was shopping for a new Android phone I couldn’t find one that was recent enough and also had custom rom support of any kind. I know there are smartphones specifically built to be friendly towards custom roms and Linux but those are only available in Europe and North America.
I should get back to that, I only played a little of it but I remember enjoying it.
