I usually post where I believe I’m going to get the most feedback possible, I’m not doing this to make you lemmy experience miserable.
You could work, but at a slower more relaxed pace.
and pace myself so I finish when they do, even when they start later, so I don’t have to do my job and theirs… smart.
agreed, but I feel like an idiot for working when the rest don’t.

vestmoria@linux.communityOPto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•how do I deal with what to me is a thin skinned and gossip coworker?English4·2 years agowhile I find her annoying, I don’t believe I show it: I greet with a simple hi and proceed to do my job. I don’t look angry or exasperated at her, if you mean that. I don’t leave the coffee room when we do our pause and she enters the room. I simply don’t engage with her, but answer her questions politely.
Try talking to her - say you think she is a competent and friendly coworker. Say it might sound silly and weird but you find it hard and stressful to pull your head out of work to greet people, and say you hope she will understand you mean no ill if you sometimes grunt and nod.
Have you ever done this with a coworker? I don’t understand why I have to give validation to somebody who is, simply, a coworker, not a friend. I’m not a therapist.
I wouldn’t even know how to approach it. I would find it creepy.

Now that you are hopefully calmed down, if you care to read my post you’ll read the words A&OX4. Do a quick search to find out what those words mean.
it is the patient who is playing with his life, not me.
ETA: do you enjoy being treated like an incompetent child when you enter a hospital or like a competent adult capable of deciding what care he wants? If the former is true, I can understand why you get angry.

if you want to call the partial occupation of 4 out of 24 oblasts a successful annexation, you may do that.
2/24 is the 2 year mark of the 3 day invasion. Yup, success.
