I don’t think it’s that deep, personally. I truly believe someone can analyze their behavior, like eating meat for example, and have moral or health-related objections. This in no way means they aren’t a rich asshole billionaire. At the end of the day, he’s watching his bottom dollar as an investor. I’m sure everything comes second to that for him.
He does not eat meat, he advocates urgent action on the climate crisis and has given over billions to children’s investment f (don’t know if this is a good charity or not).
None of these make you a good person. You can do all these things, believe in them, and still be a bad person.
You’re not missing anything, this is just the business cycle at work.
Pretty sure. He’s been rocking the longer hair for a little while now.
Feedly has been amazing. I’ve got a little RasPi 4 server here; what service are you going to self-host as an alternative?
This is awesome. I’m wondering if other companies have similar versions of their site.
The remaster game out a couple years ago and metacritic’ed for 80. So no, I don’t think I really needed to “temper my expectations”. https://www.metacritic.com/game/alan-wake-remastered/
What were you expecting?
Something good given the insanely good reviews the original and the remake got. I’m just saying I disagreed and didn’t enjoy the game. What’s your end goal with this comment? Are you agreeing with me? Are you calling me dumb? Are you okay?
Nunya, last I heard.
Just finished the Alan Wake Remaster. Really hated it, but apparently that is an unpopular opinion. I just felt like the story is not as innovative as people say and the mechanics are the same from the start to the finish.
I’m now playing Dredge. Really enjoying that game right now. I’m traveling so my Steam Deck is getting some use. I’ll be switching between Dredge and Cult of the Lamb while I’m away.
I think you may be on to something
Love it so much this straight up sounds like an advertisement
A few searches turned up that it’s pretty legit. Pay with a credit card so that you’re protected though. You have no idea what happens to that info after you enter it.
Imagine not reading anything and thinking you know everything. Lmao. Yikes.
That explains it. No one does this out of the goodness of their hearts. It’s either a tax write off or avoiding CoL adjustments.
Yeah, it’s not like anyone bought a Disney + sub because it was available in the Tesla lol
I think they’re looking for more a consumer perspective. Disney will probably sue for a breach of contract, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if they somehow ended up signing a TOS that allows Tesla to make changes whenever they want. From a consumer perspective, definitely legal to just remove an app. False advertising? Nah, when you buy the car/use the infotainment center, you’re agreeing to a TOS that requires you give your first born to the gigafactory they built.
Seriously though, it’s very standard practice that a TOS includes language that the service can change in quality at any given time with no warning.
Google will expand billing options for in-app purchases and simplify direct app downloads from developers.
Sounds like a win actually. Nice.
I got one of those NUCs at work that has new Intel XE integrated graphics. X11 works amazing, but wayland operates like a slideshow when I move windows around. Never looked much into it, just went to X11 and never went back.
