2·2 years agoThe canary is triggered through inaction, not action. The government would have to compel the target of the subpoena to keep updating the canary on schedule.

Also, on Firefox with a narrower window (innerWidth of 1200ish), the leftmost and rightmost columns are cut off around their halfway points. I can horizontal scroll to see the full rightmost column, but not the leftmost. Any way that you could make the cards flow to naturally fit the browser window, instead of being in a hard grid? A similar thing happens on Firefox mobile, but with only 2 columns instead of 5.
Seems like it’s still including the small instances? For example, lemmy.megumin.org is on there, even though it only has 6 users.

2·3 years agoKbin doesn’t seem to prohibit porn either. Not sure what their policy on it will look like once they get around to writing it out, though.
I read the thread, and my guess is that they’re actually doing this to troll the admins.

Anyone want to make a community specifically for the intersex/“full package” type, so that we have a nice separation? I’m usually not into the latter, but people tend to lump them all together.
