OpenAI has
warning about halfway down on one page of their website that says that money may not even matter in a post AGI world. So that means we should just give all our money to them now, bro!
Much like spider silk being stronger than steel, spiders have evolved more efficient rocket engines than we have been able to engineer

If it has any PCI-Express slots open, you could maybe find a Gigabit network card somewhere and throw that in, since I’m sure that thing has a 100Mbit connection.
Having a 64-bit processor really opens up the number of distros you can install lol. As someone else had said, keep in mind the power usage of something that old.

I’d throw in another vote for Heroic. I tend to use it for pretty much everything that I have that’s not on Steam. It’ll let you choose what version of wine/proton-GE/proton you need to get your games working.
You can sign into GOG inside the app and have access to your library. Same for Epic Games Store and Prime Gaming, as well as the storefronts (tho the Epic one isn’t working for me rn, but the other two do). After signing in, you go into the library view and then it should list all the games it finds in your store libraries, then you can pick the one you want to download and install. It’ll ask you where you want to install it, and then under ‘Show Wine Settings’ you can pick what version of Wine or Proton you want to use
I have 0 clue. It sticks out like a sore thumb on that webpage. I feel like whoever made it took their inspiration from the Chance Cards from Monopoly. Or maybe ChatGPT told them this was a good design choice.
