This may seem like the stupidest question ever, but where’s the “post” button? If I click on “submit” in actions, it says “coming soon”. And I know this is just a beta, but I need the almighty “block” option, too.

None, really. Maybe the slicker UI, but I’ve been using a great 3rd party app lately for Mastodon (Moshidon), so no big plus there. Was out of Firefish after 12 hours and had to ask the admin where the bloody “delete account” was. In true Facebook fashion, it’s hidden under “other” in settings.

Thank you, I’ll probably keep Signal away from it, but WhatsApp and SMS hoover up my metadata anyway, so nothing to lose there.

Genuine question: where are you guys on Beeper, privacy-wise?
