I’m literally constantly begging my friends to give me work like this. It helps me learn new skills, I think it’s an even trade. Come to me with any ideas you have, I’ll tell you if they are in my skillet skill set or not. If I can’t figure out how to do something I can probably figure out where to point you at least.

Well I won’t complain about benefiting from your hobby! If you ever have pics that you want edited, or something crazy done to, feel free to shoot me a message and ask; I get bored all the time and love helping people out, especially if I get to look at something hot on the way, haha. I’m pretty good with Photoshop, if im allowed to humble-brag for a moment, as well as being pretty versed with AI tools (If you wanna be a Disney character, or change an image background or something). Not that your image is need any editing, they’re always A+, but who knows a stray thought may cross your mind, and maybe I can facilitate it. Doesn’t have to be a sexy pic, I’ll add a wizard of Oz hat to your dog or whatever if you want too.

Depends on how much of a Hobby you want to make out of it. I got a Canon EOS M200 because I saw my friends struggling with “full featured” cameras. Guess who is everyone else’s photographer all of a sudden… Its a stupid cheap camera compared to what everyone else says to get. mine was $600 with a full “kit” including extra lenses. I did get the 22mm lens for closeup portraits, only because I could. the stock lens is fantastic. The lenses wont upgrade to a new camera with you if you opt to get a better camera later however, keep that in mind before going ape shit on lenses if you get this camera.

As for the body shaming, its a technique shitty people use to degrade someone so they are more likely to want to please them, since they have nothing to bring to the table, they try to force you to beg for their approval , which is of course, a false value proposition.

Online, in 2023, the more someone body shames you and tries to bring you down, the more they actually want you and can’t fuckin stand that you are too good for them.

Also, i know its not typically cool to point out racial differences, but lets be very real about the fact that some ethnicities, overall, carry weight very differently.

Personal opinion: It’s best to ignore people that tell you to cater to their fantasies. The vocal minority does not represent the silent majority. You look great as long as you think you do. I think you do too, fwiw.

PS: more personal opinion - this would make a fantastic black and white photo for one of the related communities etc.
