I’m assuming these people aren’t official DoT workers, but a collective of citizens clandestinely installing cycling safety infrastructure. Could be wrong, just my immediate assumption.

6·2 years agoA big thing you can hide is the distance between your eyes. Cover one of them with hair or something and any FR tech won’t work as well. You could also have a bunch of infrared led’s on your hat or something then the camera wouldn’t see shit. There’s a video out there that’s an interview with an ex-CIA agent or something that talks about disguises and whatnot.

How about some advanced biology where you take into account each individuals hormone production levels, types of hormones produced, amount of receptors for each hormone and probably a bunch of other stuff that I don’t know about.
I don’t think they had naming conventions back in the day.
