I move around quite a bit and pack light so my desktop/laptop are not always an option. Sad as it may be, my phone is pretty much my main computer.

How’s banking working on Sailfish? Seriously considering Jolla for my next phone but it must work with my bank app.
One plus point for recent tech trends, my Commodore 64 is seeing a lot more use!

Well, 0 to 100 kph is approximately 5 business days so you wouldn’t ever look at it anyway 😁

Say what you will about the Russians, they do make be best car interiors

Well, yes and no, at least with the xx line.
They come with their own firmware from the factory but installing a custom firmware is super easy, just flash to sd card and add your games.
I use MuOS on mine but there’s also KNULLI which is a fork of Batocera. I don’t know how well they support normal distros like Ubuntu Touch.
Here’s a good article about custom firmware on the xx line

They’re really fun devices, definitely recommend them 🙂

Dark Souls and Bloodborne are the only games I prefer to watch other people play. I love the look and atmosphere but can’t stand how they feel to play.

I got myself a retro handheld from Anbernic. Costs about the same as a AAA game and has pretty much become my main gaming device.

Motorola D160. That thing was an absolute tank. Switched to the Nokia 5110 but still kept the D160 for the more rough stuff, camping trips, construction, etc.
Can’t say I miss having that thing strapped to my belt though 😅

One for her, one for her face?

I think you probably could get a 350 down to 7mpg but you’d be driving like an absolute maniac to get it there. I dunno, 7 seems pretty bad

20mpg doesn’t really sound that far fetched for a 305 if you’re mostly doing highway. Mine was a '78 and got around 14 in the city when just commuting. That thing could drink a lot more with a heavier foot though, lol
Maybe yours was a 350?

Seen plenty of 125cc’s on the German autobahn, they seem to keep up with the traffic ok as long as they stay on the right side. Not sure if I’d be comfortable on anything less than a 500 myself but then I’m bigger than average.
Sells better than “Ferkin’ with Gherkin”, that’s for sure.
