Yep, sorry. Still I kind of think it’s worth repeating over and over, so treat is as not aimed at you :)

Also please check whether honey bees are native in your area. If they’re not (or if there’s too many of them) it leads to decline of other bee species and threatens other pollinators and rare plant species.
The exact kind of information processing is not necessarily relevant to predicting whether something is conscious. And to talk about animals in general while not including humans is extremely vague and misleading. The concept of other animals than humans being completely instinct driven is outdated. That said, there’s no reason to link being instinct driven to lacking consciousness.
The reflextion test is overestimated. It won’t really tell you much about self-awareness with either result.
Insects are a lot different from mammals. The further the organism is from us genetically, the harder it is to estimate anything about the way it experiences the world. It is reasonable to think there is as much diversity as there is in physical traits.
How do you know a dog is only ever “in the moment”? Dogs are quite complex and inteligent animals. What makes you think they’re not aware?

I know someone who did a research on color preferences in very very young kids. Girls loved pink from the very beginning. Boys prefered yellow at first and later moved to the traditional blue or green. I see several ways to interpret the data. Could be that girls tend to like pink naturally and boys start to like blue as they inzernalize the stereotype, or girls internalize it much sooner, or it’s something else. It’s interesting non the less. Also, obviously, daltonics have completely different color preferences. It’s fun.
Oh, I hated his role in Blade Runner 2049. Not his acting, just the role. It seemed forcefully implanted in the story to make it more action-filled. I also hated the recreation of young Rachel concept. It made no sense to me and felt like it should make no sense to Decart either. I wish Leto’s role would have been toned down to allow for the film’s meditative and well emotionally built parts to shine.
They’re also two well drawn dogs!

Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. The comment states that they don’t really know Pedro Pascal and can be taken as just funny, absurd and quite neutral.
I tried in the editor, but it failed for some reason. That’s why I used this.

YOU don’t have to know. But a president not knowing is terrifying. He has to have at least some knowledge of the countries he’s dealing with. It’s his job.
Everything different must be dumb and wrong and overall inferior.
