1083·2 years agoThe Lemmy apps are fine, but I’ve been disappointed in the quality of Lemmy posts and discussion. It’s too many memes, not enough good quality thoughts, discussion, content, community. It’s unfortunate. Wanted this to be the place I die.

Of these, I feel like climate change, a meteor, and nuclear war are really the only viable existential threats, and even climate change will most likely not destroy humanity wholly, although what’s left may not be worth living in.
