2年前Fucked if I know the exact definition tbh. Biscuits are more crumbly, cookies are more moist and generally have other things added to them, like chocolate chips or m&ms. I just know a biscuit when I see it. Your biscuits look more like savoury scones but I can’t say I’ve had the opportunity to try
