  • What better options? What names are well known to people? What people that are well known can overcome incumbency bias? Do any have literal decades of experience in congress and the white house?

I would have preferred Bernie but throwing out names only a small percentage of the electorate will know is a fools gamble. And the DNC using marketing to get them well know would have been a huge waste of times and resources to build someone up when there’s already a good candidate sitting in the oval office. You’re not going to throw out a sitting President unless he’s WILDLY unpopular.

  • If leftists want more representation they need to vote for Congress people who are leftists. I’m also a leftist and vote for the most left wing and progressive candidates I can every election.

But that doesn’t matter if most people don’t want the same thing. Leftists and progressives are still a minority in the US. And all the bitching and moaning won’t change that.

Anyone who votes third party is a Trump vote. Or so stupid they don’t know how our government works. If you don’t vote or vote for Trump because Biden isn’t leftist enough, you are a Trump supporter.

I don’t like the two party system either but ensuring a fascist gets in office and removes future elections right solve that.
