So this is the new Lenovo Yoga line… Nice.

Wasn’t there a plugin that does that?
Oh, that makes a lot of sense… Never heard of this acronym before, but it fits much better.
Exactly… I was so confused by the AITA thing. Maybe OP meant to put a different acronym and wrote AITA by mistake?
The funnier part is that modern AI is better than me at these.
Agreed, trams look good, but they aren’t able to move as many people as a train because of the limitation of the positioning of the doors. This means that for the same traffic you need more carts, and bigger, more expensive stations.
In cities where the density isn’t that high, digging a subway isn’t ideal, and you’d probably be better off with a tram, but for high density cities, subways are peak.
Generally speaking, the digging has to be done once, so I think it’s a good investment for a lot of cities.
That explains why a former coworker of mine, who is from Brazil, brushes his teeth at the bathrooms after lunch at work. I thought he must have had some special reason, but I never asked because I figured it would be too much of a personal question when we weren’t that close.
Very stupid of her to bring attention to this, because I didn’t even know she had a private jet, now more people are aware of Sweeney’s website.
Interesting, I never heard of the EyeTap, just searched it right now. I didn’t expect someone to make something like this is 1984.
Exactly, it can even give you functionality, like your calendar/reminders/transit schedule/ETC… There is so much potential for customisation.
That would be awesome. This would also be interesting for airplane construction in the future, not having windows means the airplane will be lighter, thus saving fuel and reducing carbon emissions.
I’m hoping to get an open source headset in the future with the opposite feature; augmented reality ad blocking for real life ads.
I could go around the streets of any city and not see a single ad. Pair that with smart adaptive noise cancelling that would allow me to hear the outside world, but remove annoying ads or other unpleasant noises like construction tools or leafblowers.
And also a specialised license with mandatory training and a harder exam to make sure the person operating the vehicle is able to do so.
Glad you got better.
As much as I want more people to use Linux and divorce from Microsoft, I don’t want to be someone’s tech support guy, I’ve done it as a teen and as a young adult; I never want to do it again. When my parents have trouble with their computer, they don’t call me, especially since I live in a different timezone and it gets inconvenient… they take it to a technician to get it sorted. If they take a Linux computer to a technician, they will likely just install windows on it and call it a day.
Reminds me of the “No full auto in buildings” clip.
Bees die when they’re killed…
I hate fresh tomatoes, but love sun-dried or cooked ones. Tomato soups taste very different from raw tomatoes.
Personally I hate ketchup though.
Edit: typo
Fake, I don’t see a pick-up truck.
