I agree with that list, but I like some of Steve Martin’s serious stuff. If you’ve never seen it, give Leap of Faith a try if you see it streaming. He plays a traveling faith healer/con artist who runs up against a small town sheriff and a handicapped 15-year old and the kid’s older sister. It’s a really good movie in my opinion.

He’ll fit right in with the administration, honestly. He probably already has a friend over in the Justice Department. Former FBI agent, Jared Wise, who was pardoned mid-trial for his crimes on Jan-6 is now a senior advisor over there. I bet there’s a bunch of Jan-6ers working all over this administration.

The stimulus check Is the Permanent Fund Dividend check given out every year based on the funds performance. Every year, anyone who has lived in the state for a full year and plans to stay indefinitely is eligible for a stimulus check.

It all sounds surprisingly socialist, for such a red state, and it’s a big bonus for people struggling to get by up there. Pity everyone in the nation doesn’t get a dividend check from big oil companies.

The article goes on about how the facility is so horrible and has had “scores of complaints” about how oppressive it is and how it is more like a prison for convicted criminals but it never even asks the obvious question of how he was able to exit his cell at 4:30 AM and go to the shower room?
