My current belief is that it’s pretty challenging to completely kill a revanced app.

YouTube has made previous builds no longer work, but revanced seems to update and bypass it pretty quickly. To Reddit’s servers it probably just looks like you don’t update your client but still use the official app.

Once independent contractors are able to unionize I believe union membership will go way up. I’ve read of Google having “red-badge” contractors not even being given earthquake safety gear in safety exercises, just to keep them as separate from the company as possible.
