I’ve always wanted to be one of those doctors but I hear the laser is really expensive and you can’t just bring it to a birthday party to pop balloons and light the birthday candles from across the yard.
If I was manager I would have explained that once someone threatens legal action all further communication about the incident must take place between the lawyers and it is policy not to have anyone in the store that may be pressing a lawsuit. I would have politely asked her to leave and if she gave any pushback or even asked a further question I would start walking towards the office announcing I am calling the police. If she still wanted to press her luck I would call the police and have her removed and trespassed.
She’s a ‘first amendment lawyer’ in the same sense she’s an anti-vax doctor. She did her own “research”.
Yeah, an actual lawyer would know the first amendment isn’t relevant between private parties, on private property.
Also, I’m not sure a lawyer would only focus on a single amendment. That’s pretty stupid.
There’s doctors out there who laser the polyps out of people’s assholes and nothing else
Yeah man those guys rule IDK about you but I don’t want a polyp there
