Full title: [Schefter] Sources: Rams standout DT Aaron Donald will not travel to Australia for Thursday night’s opener against the 49ers and will be inactive, per me and @rapsheet . The Rams want to give Donald more time to ramp up before making his much-anticipated return after two seasons of retirement.
Should they not already BE in Australia at this point?!
They decided not to even try to get acclimated. They’re going to be in-country for less than 48 hours and see if they do better pretending it’s a 5:30pm game. Hope their jet is comfy. Niners came in a few days ago, IIRC.
