First sourdough after a few years. Got out a bit flatter than i wanted but tasted great non the less.
Made from whole wheat flower or whole grain or how ever you say this in English. We have a difference between the super fine white stuff and the less ground , which is this :-)
Still looks delicious. You could make a great mufuletta with bread like that.
