Honestly been wondering this myself. I’m just so bad at picking up on red flags for jobs until it’s too late. I mean I used to have chances for finding a new job quickly but things have changed now. I just don’t get what questions I’m supposed to be asking. My current job likes to offer occasional snacks and free lunch to make up for the micromanagement and overall mismanagement. So stupid.
