It is. Coarse short fibers, scratchy, and in no way suspension worthy. Great for sadistic rope with crotch rope, breast wrapping, or guatemalan calf tie (with or without bottle caps). I’m not 100% sure where you can get it. I just got it from someone I knew in the community that had a spool.
