I just noticed if you do
title:[word of interest that should be in the relevant reddit post titles]
It actually filters for posts that have your keyword in their post title.

Also noticed you can do at least two consecutive searches in a subreddit that filter down to post that have your first word in them and then subsequently only that which passes both condition (has both words you searched consecutively)
