I’m newer to Lemmy so I don’t know exactly what would make people angrier here: acting like a content aggregator from Reddit, or deceiving others into thinking you made content that had already been posted on Reddit. This is an instance based on an artistic property, and since there are some whom take pride in the work that they have put into making content, it’s a common courtesy to acknowledge their efforts. I’m sorry, when did they get angry at you, and why? Even in your oldest posts (still on this instance, at least), you weren’t providing credit.
They would get angry because apparently (their words) they didn’t want Lemmy to turn into Reddit.
Also, apparently I seemed like a bot, idk.
It might have been on a different instance, its been forever.
