You right. I’ve highlighted before how the Jewish were at fault by rebelling against the Romans’ disrespectful rule several times (albeit violently), and each time losing more of their rights within Judea, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that if the same thing happened today, I’d be in favour of the oppressed rather than blame them for rising up.
