    A mould? What’s the next step? I’ve seen moulds for silicon but are you doing resin or fiberglass?

    Also I think designing structural fins with pins would help alignment.

      Most likely carbon fiber with epoxy resin - it’s super common for custom bike parts becuase of the strength-to-weight ratio, and those release angles on the mold look perfect for it.
