It’s a radio controlled EcoDrive with an interesting custom dial. It has “034/500” engraved on the back, so that many were probably made.

Yes. And automatically sets the time, but only in Japan unforyunately
There’s a phone app you can use to transmit the same signal from your phone speakers surprisingly enough

Yup I’ve used that. Unfortunately the battery in the watch is so bad that it won’t stay running even if left on the windowsill so it never keeps the correct time.
