That’s a difficult question to answer. I wouldn’t say that my desire for sex and intimacy has changed but the type of desire probably has significantly. If my sex life at aged 44 was the same as it was at 14, 24 or 34 it would indicate a problem.
Do you mean erect nipples or vaginal discharge? Then yes I suppose forensically it does but I’m not in the habit of flashing my crotch.

It isn’t something that tends to come up in casual conversation in either my professional or personal circles. The second one could be other signs that you perceive as being indicative of your state of arousal, e.g. playing with your hair, wetting your lips or other visual cues, arching your back or assuming a specific posture, and not specifically adopting the “primate ready for mating” position 🤣

I probably do play with my hair, look down, act shy
