As far as I remember, feels kind of like cramping in the parts down there. Even up the tailbone. And maybe a little like the blood vessels are about to burst.

Not done that many times in my life. But it starts getting successively more Painful. As far as I remember, feels kind of like cramping in the parts down there. Even up the tailbone. And maybe a little like the blood vessels are about to burst.
