I don’t have any specific examples saved or anything, but as someone who listened to NPR on a regular basis for years, there were tons of times since 2016 where the coverage absolutely leaned right, or where you can tell that they were softening certain things so as to not appear liberal.
I read it as meaning the exact opposite (as in, the crime part is what anarchy looks like) so they might want to reconsider the wording.

Yeah I tried playing Dispatch on my TV in 4k, and it sounded and felt like my laptop was going to catch on fire.
Lowered the TVs resolution to 1080p, and the game looks exactly the same and the fans barely even turn on.
That could be an optimization issue though I guess.

Not directly related, but it made me think of the recent HBO documentary, “The Alabama Solution”. It’s made by the guy who did the Robert Durst series where he confesses in the bathroom while still mic’d up (lol).
This one is just as crazy. Really fucked up and sad, but the film itself is just outstanding imo.
