      He made ICE considered military, they have like 80 billion to continue burning through even during shutdown

      This is my fear. The only things that will be shut down are the systems & courts that are currently slowing the march of fascism (somewhat). Of course they’ll find the funds to continue domestic terrorism.

      I don’t think Trump is bothering with legality at this point. I don’t expect he would stop spending in a shutdown, even if legally required.
